1. What Personal Information We Collect

Personal Information means information about or relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as a name, address, email address, phone number, or other identifier that permits contacting of a specific individual, or such other definition under applicable privacy laws. We collect certain Personal Information when:

a) You communicate with us to submit an inquiry through our Sites

b) In Person Interactions. We may collect certain limited Personal Information from you, such as name, address, and email address during in-person events, seminars and conferences.

7. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

c) Correct. You can request that we correct the Personal Information that we have collected from you under certain circumstances.

d) Opt-out of Sale or Share for Targeted Advertising. We do not share or sell any of your Personal Information. It is strictly for use inside our organization.

Please see “What Personal Information We Collect” above for a general description of the Personal Information we collect.

Identifiers/biographical information, commercial information, payment card information, internet or other electronic network activity information (such as device or usage information), geolocation information, visual information, and inferences drawn from the above. The sources of this information are the consumer, analytics providers and service providers.

• Sources of Personal Information. We receive information from sources as described in the “What Personal Information We Collect” section, including: from you (including through your use of our Services); from partners; and from publicly available sources.

• Disclosure of Personal Information. We disclose the following categories of Personal Information to our service providers for business purposes: Identifiers/biographical information, commercial information, payment card information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation information, visual information, and inferences drawn from the above.

c) Data Transfers. This website is hosted in, and the Services are provided from, the United States. In order for us to provide the Services to you, it may be necessary to transfer your Personal Information to the United States.

We protect your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed and take appropriate contractual or other steps to protect it under applicable laws. Where Personal Information of users in the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK is being transferred to a recipient located in a country outside the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK which has not been recognized as having an adequate level of data protection, we ensure that the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

The Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us and we will delete such information from our files.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, consistent with applicable law. We will post a notification on the Sites and the App in the event of any material changes to this Privacy Policy. Such changes, whether in the form of modifications, additions, or deletions, shall be effective when specified in the relevant notification or, if the change is immaterial, immediately upon appearing on the Services.
